The Screenbee trommel screens can be powered via a standard 3x400V 32A 5P power outlet or, if necessary, from an external generator set. The stationary trommel screen Screenbee SB 18.43 S, or the smaller Screenbee 15.43 S, can be installed directly on concrete blocks or on its own customized steel bearing structure. Screenbee trommel screens have a unique sieve made of high-grade steel resistant to abrasion and damage, with standard dimensions 10x10, 16x16, 25x25 and 40x40 mm. We can provide a sieve with a customized mesh as well as sieves with a replaceable lining system.

Screenbee trommel screens can be applied for virtually any type of material: 

steel, scrap metal, compost, topsoil, soil, sand, gravel, wood chips, construction waste, plastic waste, mixed waste and many other mixed materials.

Screenbee stationary trommel screens are available in two versions: 

1. With a charge hopper provided with a feeding belt conveyor for the drum sieve integrated with the drum sieve drive, Screenbee Synchro - automatic adjustment of hopper belt speed for optimum screening quality  
2. With a vibration feeding hopper including an integrated electric vibrator under the hopper
