Stationary Hammer Mills: ITR HMS 100

The most versatile  of ITR hammer mills. The ITR HMS 100 series can be equipped with electric motors ranging between 250kW to 450kW and the dimensions of the grinding chamber are extremely efficient. Stationary Hammer Mills: 120/150 HMS HI

The ITR HMS 120 Hi (High Impact) hammer mill finds its challenge only with the heaviest of materials. Reinforced carpentry, heavy hammers up to 50 kg and an electric motor up to 450 kW, this hammer mill processes high quantities of materials such as electric motors, light ferrous scrap, scrap metal (aluminum profile and carter). Like the latest ITR models, the ITR HMS 120 Hi mill is equipped with the new material evacuation system by opening the “Out of Line” emergency hatch via PLC. This system allows to divert the flow of material out of the next production line, thus avoiding that unprocessed materials pollute the subsequent processing and enhancement phases. Easy maintenance and changing of sieves to limit downtime to a minimum.
