Double Shaft Shredders

The double shaft industrial shredders of the PZ and OP lines are metal waste crushing plants, designed to shred and effectively reduce the volumes of bulky waste, mixed waste, metal scrap, MSW and large quantities of industrial waste. Their effectiveness is confirmed by the many companies in the industry using them to shred paper mill pulp, copper, aluminium, electric cables and electric motors, and dispose of WEEE and tyres.

Hydraulic circuit The Panizzolo Recycling two-shaft waste shredder range is specifically designed for shredding bulky mixed and industrial waste. These solutions can work independently or be integrated into more complex recycling plants. The final target of bulky waste shredders is volume reduction of the materials to be handled – materials that can subsequently undergo more specific refining and grinding phases.

To complement the production range of waste treatment systems, Panizzolo Recycling designs and manufactures a line of double-shaft openers, featuring the same production qualities as our industrial shredders. The blade alloys are wear-resistant and allow machinery to be configured by number and teeth, ensuring effective performance with the most difficult, heaviest materials. Maintenance and replacement of worn parts are performed quickly as well as safely and independently. The scope of application of our range of openers is very wide; these cutting-edge machines have been designed to perform primary shredding of WEEE waste in categories R1 and R2, bulky waste, MSW, aluminium, packaging, pressed waste and more.
